We proudly ship our garments worldwide from Thailand for both businesses and individuals.

Production & Delivery Times

As each project is different, production times vary depending on the type of garments, order quantity, and level of customization.

Estimated production and delivery timelines will be discussed during the quotation process and confirmed before production begins.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to shipping carrier schedules, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order size, destination, and shipping method.

Shipping costs will be confirmed as part of your quotation before your order is finalized.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tailor Corner is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Returns & Exchanges

As many of our garments are custom-made or personalised, returns are handled differently from standard retail purchases.

Standard Size Uniforms

If you receive a standard-size garment with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 daysof receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we will arrange an exchange or another suitable solution.

Made-to-Measure & Customised Garments

Due to the personalised nature of made-to-measure and customised garments, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us promptly so we can assess the situation and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has commenced, cancellations or refunds may not be possible due to the custom nature of our garments and materials already allocated to your order.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
